Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW) issued a new update this morning, announcing they’ve implemented several new policies in the wake of the recent Speaking Out movement. According to the statement, the promotion is adding an official Code of Conduct and Dignity at Work policy, an employed Welfare Officer, as well as performing personnel checks on all performers and crew.
