This week’s Being The Elite starts off with a recreation of a moment in time from 2016 between newly signed IMPACT stars The Good Brothers and The Young Bucks. The two teams finish up filming an episode of Talk’n Shop and then talk in highly specific detail about joining together for a new wrestling promotion on TNT. Of course, that’s now how it ended up, and Gallows and Anderson instead say that they “can’t wait to tag with Paul.”
Elsewhere, the former Beaver Boys continue their quest to get AEW roster members to drink the Kool-Aid and join the Dark Order. While Nyla Rose does end up ingesting the beverage in question, her use of a profanity-laden silly straw draws anger from the team. Later, Kenny Omega gives a pep talk to Marko Stunt after some convincing from The Elite.
