The Cauliflower Alley Club, a nonprofit organization that helps wrestling legends in need, was hoping to hold a fifty-fifth reunion meetup back in April. Since it’s the year 2020, that didn’t’ happen, and the organization has now postponed the event until next year after one prior delay into September.
Dear CAC family,
Due to the C-19 pandemic and the safety of our reunion attendees, along with Nevada state C-19 protocol, we have postponed the 55th reunion which was scheduled for September 21st-23rd, 2020. Our 55th reunion has been rescheduled for April 25th-28th, 2021.— Cauliflower Alley Club (@CACReunion) July 16, 2020
Members will now be able to attend the gathering on April 25th-28th, 2021 with their tickets. Hotel reservations for the event are getting automatic refunds and those who had tickets for the original dates will be able to get into special “discount rooms” when the reunion occurs.
In a talk with WrestleZone back in October, CAC CEO Brian Blair talked about running the organization and all the good it does.
I enjoy helping, giving these wrestlers that have busted their fannies for years and years and all of sudden find themselves inundated with doctors bills because they don’t have health insurance, we’re able to give them some help. That means a lot to me.
