After receiving an ominous warning by Karrion Kross last week, Adam Cole came out this week to talk about his reign as NXT Champion. By the end of his segment, though, a series of championship matches were set up, with potentially huge consequences in each of them.
During Cole’s segment, which saw the likes of Keith Lee, Johnny Gargano, and Finn Balor all make their way out to the ring, William Regal made a series of announcements for future NXT shows. According to Regal, next week there will be a Triple Threat Match for the NXT North American Championship, when Keith Lee will take on both Gargano and Balor.

Following that, Regal announced that on the July 8th episode of NXT, a winner takes all match will occur, with Adam Cole going up against whoever wins the NXT North American Championship next week. Needless to say, it’s two huge matches, and with three incredible superstars fighting for the North American title next week, it’s anyone’s guess as to who will come out on top.
