IMPACT Wrestling has a little teaser for tonight as Jordynne Grace will defend her Knockout’s Championship against Taya Valkyrie in the main event. Gia Miller caught up with Grace and asked about the unease of defending the title after six weeks of being out of a wrestling ring. The champ actually turned the question on it’s head and plans to do the same to Taya tonight as she steps back onto the canvas.
“Coming here doesn’t make me feel uneasy. Coming here, it’s like home. What makes me uneasy is having to sit a home with this title for the past six weeks not being able to defend it. All I can do is study and train and study and train and study and train and it gets exhausting after awhile. It drives you a little bit crazy and you know what? I’m ready to return to normalcy and normal for me is being here. Normal for me is dominating the competition and tonight, when I drive Taya’s head straight through the mat, that’s when I know everything I know is back to normal.”
