Speaking with the Jewish Telegraph, NXT UK wrestler Noam Dar talked about winning the ICW Heavyweight Championship despite being in NXT UK full time. While he was previously on 205 Live in the States, Dar revealed that moving to NXT UK full time has given him the ability to work both promotions, and he couldn’t be happier. “I started there when I was 16, so to be able to be in a position to help give back to the company that gave me so much is one of the main reasons why I am so pro-active in making sure I would be featured in ICW while the chance was there.”

He says that giving back to ICW is one of his main goals, but it’s not his only goal. Another longtime mission is to be a part of a WWE show in his home country of Israel. “If the powers-that-be can agree on something, then wrestling in Israel with the WWE would be an absolute dream.” He says that wrestling in Israel is becoming a viable entertainment store, and the rise of prominent Jewish wrestlers is helping to build up another indie scene on the global stage.
