Kurt Angle recently did a Q&A on Facebook, where he took questions directly from fans. This time around, the WWE Hall of Famer discussed a ton of topics, including his switch from RAW to SmackDown in 2006, what he listens to while working out, and his most mentally draining match.

On switching brands in 2006:
The company was in a tough spot…Batista got hurt. I was on Raw for the first time in years. Vince came to me and asked if I would go back to Smackdown to be champion. As a team player, I decided to do it.
On listening to music while working out:
You Suck. Lol. Actually, I don’t listen to music. When I was training for the Olympics, I trained the same way I competed. I didn’t compete when music was playing so I decided that I wouldn’t train with music. Everything I did was meant to place me in a position to be ready to win. So no mu
On his most mentally draining match:
I never got tired I’m a match but my 60-minute Ironman match with Brock Lesnar was draining. Not only because it was 60 minutes, but my sister died of an overdose the evening prior and all I did was think about her. It was sad.
