WWE’s latest Performance Center tryouts took place recently, and they included a wide range of notable names from the world of wrestling and beyond. Perhaps most notable for fans of combat sports is Will Brooks, a former lightweight heavyweight champion for Bellator MMA. He also has UFC experience and currently competes in the Professional Fighters League. Other MMA talents at the tryout include Lainey Nations and Kara Lazauskas from NBC’s “Titan Games.”
There are also several indie talents at the tryout, including Aja Perera, Lance Storm trainee Irena Janjic, Brandon and Brent Tate (Dalton Castle’s twin escorts “The Boys” from ROH), “The Dark Horse” Nick Cutler, Palmer Cruise, and EVOLVE star Anthony Henry.
One bigger name previously reported is Arissa LeBrock, the daughter of Kelly LeBrock and Steven Seagal. She is currently a professional model, but she has Jiu-Jitsu training. Other talents from outside combat sports include Zack Carpinello (24 from Jersey Shore), and Hollywood stuntman Pingi Moli.
