Rob Van Dam posted the following video, updating fans on his condition after undergoing stem cell therapy treatment several weeks ago. RVD says it’s been seven weeks since his procedure, and he’s had some pain but overall feels pretty good. He’s still working out and wrestling since he had the procedure, but is happy to say he doesn’t need any pain medication to manage any discomfort and hopes the stem cells are doing what they are supposed to.

Renee Young has problems that anyone that’s ever stayed in a hotel can understand. Continental breakfast, my foot.
Being in a hotel is weird. Like, i just want a tea and a slice of toast, but i don’t want to wait 45 minutes or pay $26 for that. Also breakfast ends in like 30 minutes so if i miss my window i guess i have to go straight to a turkey club? Fuhhhh. – kinda hungry woman.
