Update on the status of @facdaniels The good news is he’s ok. Diagnosed with a pinched nerve. His spirits are high. The bad news is he will be out of action for a while. @ScorpioSky stepped in and SCU now has even more to fight for. We WILL be @AEWrestling tag team champions.

All three members of SCU took part in the post-Dynamite scrum after the TNT debut show in Washington D.C. and the three had plenty to talk about in those ten minutes. The interview closed out with the trio talking about how much of their job involves mentoring the rest of the younger locker room as they continue down this road of weekly primetime television. Daniels gave a very impassioned response:

CD: “That’s our job at this point. Like I enjoy what I’m doing for myself, for my career, but I also realize that that’s not why I was hired. It’s part of it, but it’s not the whole of it. Our job is to take our experiences from the places we’ve been and try to impart this knowledge to guys who’ve never had that opportunity to work live television in front of crowds like this before. So yeah, I’m 100% taking guys aside if I can watch their matches and I see something. I’m gonna go to them and say, ‘This is what I think,’ and knowing that I don’t know everything, but I do know what has worked for me and the best that I can do is say, ‘This didn’t work for me, I tried it this way, try it this way in the future,’ and that’s how these guys learn is they try and they see what works and they build their repertoire like that.”
