Promoting RAW’s return to Bakersfield, California, The Miz dropped into local DJ J.Reed‘s radio broadcast to answer a few questions. While there, he revealed a few interesting tidbits about his long WWE career. When asked which past or current WWE Superstar The Miz learned the most from, Mike didn’t hesitate with his answer. “I would say John Cena. Being in the ring with John Cena taught me how to be a main event caliber superstar.” Miz’s most famous clash with the leader of the Cenation was his WrestleMania main event, where he managed to retain the WWE Championship despite being in the ring with Cena and The Rock.
When asked about his most embarrassing in-ring moment, The Miz flips the question on its head. “I’ve done a lot of embarrassing things, like any time I have to dance in front of everyone. I remember, there used to be these dance contests. The fans love it, the fans cheer for it.” However, outside of cutting a rug, The Miz says it’s pretty hard to make him feel ashamed. “Honestly, it takes a lot to embarrass me. It really does. If you watch Miz & Mrs… you see, I basically embarrass myself every day in front of my wife and I have no qualms about it.”
The full interview also talks about specific incidents from Miz’s reality show and what it’s like to come up as a wrestler with a family.
