ROH Wrestling Results (8/17/19): Shinobi Shadow Squad vs. Villain Enterprises

Backstage, Klein endorses Rivera again and says the Allure don’t deserve to be in Women of Honor. Riccaboni previews the cards for Ring of Honor Saturday Night at Center Stage and Ring of Honor Honor For All.

A video package recaps a match at Ring of Honor State of the Art between ROH World Champion Matt Taven, PCO, Flip Gordon and Mark Haskins. All three men team up to Tombstone Taven. The champion hits PCO with a chair and the French Frankenstein returns the favor. The referee disqualifies PCO. Taven cheats to eliminate Haskins. Taven powerbombs Gordon through a table. Taven pins Gordon with a Climax.

The challengers unsuccessfully gang up on PCO. The French Frankenstein starts the match with Eli Isom. Some strikes don’t phase PCO and the big man floors Isom with a clothesline and slams him. Shinobi Shadow Squad triesto gang up on PCO again but it doesn’t work. Isom sends PCO flying to the outside and follows him with a springboard moonsault onto the champions.

PCO continues to overpower Shinobi Shadow Squad and chokeslams Cheeseburger. Brody King tags in and dominates the challengers. Marty Scurll tags in and the champions continue to overwhelm Shinobi Shadow Squad. Ryan Nova enters the match and slaps the Villain. Nova rolls up Scurll for a near fall. King floors Isom with a slam and demolishes Nova with a boot. Nova gets pinned after he gets double-teamed by Scurll and King.
