After quite the messy separation that saw false domestic violence allegations, David Otunga will now share equal custody of his son with ex-fiancee Jennifer Hudson. As reported by The Blast, both have agreed to a new custody agreement that will give each of them a 50/50 split over their 9-year-old son, David Otunga Jr.
The deal will prohibit either of them having a romantic guest spend the night when taking care of their son and that their son won’t be around a partner unless they are in a “serious, committed relationship.” Both celebrities will have to exchange their upcoming schedules every two months in order to work out an equal split.
