There has been a great deal of speculation in the last few months that Alberto Del Rio aka Alberto El Patron, who has a senior role behind the scenes with Combate Americas, would be returning to the cage with the promotion. Now, that return has seemingly been confirmed by CEO Campbell McLaren who has revealed that he will be going head to head with MMA legend Tito Ortiz at a future event. The Huntington Beach Bad Boy last fought back in November when he defeated Chuck Liddell under the Golden Boy MMA umbrella. Alberto, on the other hand, has a 9-5 professional mixed martial arts record, but hasn’t fought since back in February 2010 when he lost to Yamamoto Hanshi.
