Drew McIntyre Recalls How EVOLVE Helped Shape His Career
As EVOLVE Wrestling prepares to celebrate its 10th anniversary, various WWE stars have looked back at how the company has impacted their careers. In a video posted to WWE’s YouTube channel, McIntyre became the latest superstar to do so. “I wanted to show the world who EVOLVE was and get the chance to start learning how to be a true main event player and actually get to apply all the lessons I had learned in WWE but never got to put them into practice,” said McIntyre. “EVOLVE was my training ground for becoming the Drew McIntyre you know today.”

In a preview of the upcoming edition of WWE 24 that covers Batista’s return to WWE, a video on WWE’s YouTube channel takes a look at how the Animal trained leading up to his match. “Getting in shape…that’s my priority,” said Batista. “They don’t know what it takes mentally, they don’t know what it takes physically.”
