MLW recently announced that their first PPV event would happen later this year. In order to pull something like that off, you need to have a full broadcast team, and it looks like MLW is on top of that as well. Georgia Smith, a Canadian broadcaster with prior experience at iHeartMedia, will be joining the team as a broadcast correspondent.

Of course, she’s not fresh to the wrestling industry, as she’s also the daughter of the legendary British Bulldog. Her brother Davey Boy Smith Jr. already works for the company, as does her cousin Teddy Hart.
MLW CEO Court Bauer had this to say about the hiring.
“Georgia has a keen sense for a good story and those instincts will serve her well as she gives viewers an inside look in real-time at the athletes, rivalries and the unexpected as it unfolds. MLW is excited to have Georgia join our team starting this weekend in Chicago.”
Georgia Smith will be debuting for the company this Saturday night during the Kings of Colosseum event.
