According to a recent report from PWInsider, AT&T U-Verse has dropped the Pursuit Channel – home for IMPACT Wrestling – from its lineup. The news comes as the reported deal between the two parties expired last month, and it seems as if AT&T has no plans to re-up on their deal. In the same report, it was also noted that DirecTV has dropped the HD version of the Pursuit Channel, and will now only be carrying the SD version of it.
The culprit for this sudden change is likely the poor ratings that the channel has seen. As it stands, Pursuit has had multiple issues when it comes to airing IMPACT events, and with the channel now being delisted by multiple parties, it’ll be interesting to see where things go from here.
