Will Ospreay defeated Ryusuke Taguchi on Monday to win B Block and advance to the Best Of Super Juniors finals on Wednesday. He’ll face Shingo Takagi, who bested Taiji Ishimori on Thursday to win A Block.
Ospreay won the BOSJ tournament in 2016, but his opponent this year is no easy task. Shingo Takagi is currently undefeated in singles competition in NJPW, and has yet to be pinned or submitted, even in tag matches.
