UPDATE: There was yet another title change!
As advertised, Mick Foley unveiled a new WWE title on Monday Night RAW. It’s called the 24/7 championship. As was previously reported, the new title will have a 24/7 stipulation meaning that it will be defended constantly like the old WWE Hardcore Title. As long as there’s a referee then it’s up for grabs.
“There’s been something missing from Monday Night RAW,” said Foley. “It’s time we revisit those letters R-A-W. We need to start getting raw again! Let’s make Monday nights raw again! For those superstars looking to step up, I can tell you it takes a lot to make a mark and be a champion in WWE.
Anytime. Any place. Anywhere. 2️⃣4️⃣/7⃣.

“It’s something you’ll sacrifice a few teeth and an ear [for] because that’s how being a champion is born. It’s an obsession that consumes you throughout the day. 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. And so it is with that spirit in mind I present you the WWE 24/7 title.”
He went on to state that it will be earned tonight in a scramble and that it was open to all superstars on the RAW, SmackDown, 205 Live, NXT and NXT UK roster. Titus O’Neil wound up winning the initial bout before Bobby Roode immediately rolled him up for it while he was celebrating.
