As reported by PWInsider, a trial date has been set for the Randy Orton tattoo lawsuit – and that date is April 27, 2020. For those who don’t know, Catherine Alexander brought the lawsuit against WWE and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., 2K Games, Inc., 2K Sports, Inc., Visual Concepts Entertainment, Yuke’s Co., Ltd. and Yuke’s LA Inc. The lawsuit states that the original tattoo designs she did for Randy Orton are all her own work, and she had not given the defendants permission to use them in 2K games.
