Ace Austin On Great Advice From The Boogeyman
Ace Austin took part in a media scrum at IMPACT Wrestling‘s United We Stand event in Rahway, New Jersey. Austin was asked what the best advice he ever got was, and he surprised some by saying The Boogeyman took time away from smashing clocks and eating worms to share the following words of wisdom:
“Actually, The Boogeyman did. He said not all of the advice that you’re going to get is for you. No matter what, sometimes guys are going to give you advice based on their perspective, but not everybody’s advice works for you.”
Austin also said his top goal is to become X Division Champion in 2019 first, but stated he doesn’t think it will take him all year to get that accomplished. Additionally, he said his favorite match of all time was Shawn Michaels and RVD for the [WWE World] Heavyweight Championship, which was “probably the first match I fell in love with,” because that match was one of the things that made him want to be a wrestler.
