SmackDown Live kicked off with another edition of the Kevin Owens show. His guests were Randy Orton and AJ Styles. “KO” went on to ask why Orton interrupted Styles match against Angle last week. “I saved the WWE universe from seeing a washed-up former Olympian beat a guy that still thinks he’s at the top of his game,” said Orton.
"Really? This coming from a guy who's been here for 20 years, been in the ring with legends, and only has 1️⃣ move!"

Styles responded by saying that Orton only knows one move. “When you’ve got a move that deadly, all you need is one,” retorted Orton. “The Viper” went back to dissing indie workers and reminded Styles of his WrestleMania pedigree. This led to things getting personal. “Yeah, you’re right,” said Styles. “While I was in the indies you were busy in WWE getting suspended for failing drug tests!”
Orton then told Styles he was a “corporate b—.” Owens sensed the tension and exited the ring of his own talk show. Finally, Styles struck first and the two began brawling. Styles then went for a phenomenal forearm but it was caught into a RKO.
