As reported by PW Insider, Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Entertainment have filed an amended lawsuit against Anthem and IMPACT Wrestling. According to the document, Anthem admits that they are unable to return the 16-hours of GFW Amped! master recordings because they were deleted to save hard drive space. No, really. That’s their reasoning.
Anthem told Global Force Entertainment that “The sixteen one-hour Episodes of Global Force Wrestling Amped content sought in this question no longer exist. It was deleted in the normal course of business, long prior to the onset of this litigation, in order to free up storage space on Anthem Wrestling’s systems.”
Jarrett and his company are suing for $4.8 million as they allege the losses are worth $300,000 per episode.
