After an injury at an AAW Wrestling show, Fenix has now been released from the hospital with a muscle contusion. As noted earlier, Fenix was injured in a match at AAW Wrestling last night. He was stretchered out of the ring and sent to the hospital after the match. Fenix was seen clutching his head after hitting a cutter-like move and shortly after the match wrapped up. According to AAW, Fenix is expected to have a full recovery with some rest.
Fenix won the AAW Tag Team Championship along with his tag team partner Pentagon Jr. The tag team known as the Lucha Brothers also won the IMPACT Wrestling World Tag Team Championship on the latest episode of IMPACT Wrestling. You can see AAW’s update on Fenix below:
