Wrestling fans may have questioned the seemingly spontaneous pairing of The Miz and Shane McMahon; however, the duo silenced their doubters tonight. The team stood toe to toe with the The Bar throughout the match, but pulled ahead late, with some typical high risk Shane McMahon antics.

As McMahon brawled with both Sheamus & Cesaro, The Miz came to his partner’s aid hitting the Skull Crushing Finale on Sheamus. As both The Miz & Sheamus rolled out of the ring, McMahon saw his opportunity to cease victory. As Cesaro lay motionless on the ring floor, McMahon climbed to the top rope and hit an impressive shooting star press for the pinfall victory.

McMahon’s shooting star press was all the more impressive considering it occurred after McMahon endured this, at the hands of Cesaro:

The Miz’ father, George Mizanin, sat ringside to once again see his son become a WWE tag team champion.
