Jericho defeated Naito last year for the IC strap at Dominion and has been escaping the former champion’s grasp throughout the course of 2018. The No DQ stipulation further perpetuates the grudge that Jericho & Naito has cultivated between one another. Jericho defeated EVIL via submission at NJPW Power Struggle, but Jericho v. Naito 2 will now be the land of the lawless.
