In the main event of NXT, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong of The Undisputed ERA retained the NXT Tag Team Championship against their challengers, Heavy Machinery.
The team of Tucker Knight and Otis Dozovic built a wave of momentum going into their tag title match, going undefeated for nearly half a year. Strong and O’Reilly would have a spectacular reign, putting together a number of excellent title defenses in their wake.

From the onset, Heavy Machinery showed that they belong as they prepare for their inevitable move to the main roster. A stunned Undisputed ERA would struggle early, but would eventually win out the tug-o-war as they would put away their contenders for good.
