A number of new developments were made on this week’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling regarding their pay-per-view special, Homecoming.
The IMPACT X-Division Championship will be up for grabs, literally, on Jan. 6 in an Ultimate X Match.
After Jake Crist defeated Willie Mack and Ethan Page beating Matt Sydal to qualify last week, two more qualifiers were scheduled for this week. Rich Swann would beat Dave Crist with the help of Willie Mack and The Rascalz’s Trey Miguel would defeat Trevor Lee to obtain the final spot.
“After four qualifying matches – the Ultimate X match at Homecoming is set! It will be @TheJakeCrist vs. @OfficialEGO vs. @GottaGetSwann vs. @TheTreyMiguel with the X-Division Championship up for grabs! #IMPACTHomecoming“
