David Arquette returns to the squared circle this weekend, but this time it may be different than his usual form of in-ring competition. He was scheduled to team with somewhat friend, somewhat foe in RJ City against Tyrus & Robert Strauss in tag team action, but his role looks to be changing to special guest referee. Arquette last partook in a much talked about brutal and scary deathmatch at Joey Janela’s LA Confidential Show against Nick Gage on November 16th. Arquette, while injured via light tube, still finished the match before seeking medical attention.
Arquette’s demeanor however has taken quite the turn as he prepares to suit up (potentially in stripes) for this weekend at the old ECW Arena in Philadelphia for Tommy Dreamer‘s headline House Of Hardcore: Indie Darlings show. (Note: he may be suited up for the match, but this promo? Not so much…)
