WWE Teams W/ The V Foundation To Fight Cancer
WWE has been teaming with the V Foundation since 2016, in an effort to raise funds for pediatric cancer research and cancer programs. The foundation is named after legendary basketball coach Jim Valvano, who succumbed to cancer in 1993, at the age of 47. Only three short months before his tragic passing, Valvano gave an impassioned speech at the 1993 ESPY Awards & it is in that spirit that WWE notables Roman Reigns, Charlotte Flair, and Stephanie McMahon share the following:
Since 2016 @WWE has been proud to call @TheVFoundation a partner in the fight against pediatric cancer & families all over the world have been impacted by the work they continue to do. Please consider donating this #VWeek to change a life forever! https://t.co/dZT8bFVCPl pic.twitter.com/Q8K5fYeaS9
