There are two big releases in games this year with WWE 2K19 and Fire Pro Wrestling World. The physical and digital version of 2K’s latest WWE game can be scooped up for $29.99 this week, and the physical copy of Fire Pro is under $30 with the digital coupon.
Wrestlezone’s Robert DeFelice praised this year’s WWE game for the MyCAREER mode, Daniel Bryan’s Showcase mode, in-game audio and more, calling it a massive step in the right direction for 2K. If you’re looking for something outside of the WWE Universe, Fire Pro Wrestling features a deep menu of customization features including custom titles, ring and mats, wrestlers and more. The game also features steel cage, barbed wire, or landmines matches, MMA rules and many other match styles that give you full control over the game.

Published by VIZ Media, Shinsuke Nakamura’s autobiography features a look at Nakamura’s rise in Japan as the “King of Strong Style.” The book gets in-depth about his early life and career, including his reign as New Japan Pro-Wrestling Heavyweight Champion and as a mixed martial artist. The book even includes early photos of Katsuyori Shibata, Daniel Bryan and many other names familiar to North American and Japanese wrestling fans.
