PWInsider is reporting that Zelina Vega has been medically cleared to wrestle and is in attendance for tonight’s WWE SmackDown Live in St. Louis, MO. Vega was held out of action recently after taking a scary tumble in the battle royal at WWE Evolution for fear of suffering a concussion.

In addition to that, Vince McMahon, Triple H and Brock Lesnar are all not backstage for tonight’s show, but Michael Hayes and Kevin Dunn are.
