IWGP United States Champion & co-holder of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship Cody Rhodes is hurt and from the most unlikely of circumstances.
According to Rhodes, the former WWE Superstar hurt his knee when teasing a tee shirt toss at a recent show:
Going from one side of the crowd to the other last night, teasing a t-shirt toss of all things…heard a loud POP in my knee. Terryfing.
Hoping it was just a lil’ meniscus and Sunday I can still deliver. ?

Rhodes is scheduled to defend the IWGP United States Championship against Beretta at tomorrow night’s ROH: Global Wars Toronto show.
