Undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, Jr. will make his return to combat action, fighting at Japan’s RIZIN FF 14 event. As reported by Dan Rafael and Ariel Helwani, Mayweather will challenge undefeated kickboxing sensation Tenshin Nakusawa at the Super Saitama Arena at New Year’s Eve:

The rules for the special fight is still under deliberation as Mayweather, a boxer, is facing the kickboxer Nasukawa and it will be his first time in a mixed martial arts environment. This is will also be Mayweather’s first fight in well over a year, where he defeated Conor McGregor in a highly-publicized boxing bout in August 2017.
