It was announced yesterday that Tye Dillinger had to be pulled from his U.S. Title match against Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown after suffering a hand injury at a WWE Live event on Monday. On top of that, “The Perfect 10” requires surgery. Dillinger had to use his non-dominate hand to Tweet out the following update leaving a timetable for a return unknown and thanking his fans for all the support.
