With Roman Reigns relinquishing the WWE Universal Championship to battle leukemia, the new main event at WWE Crown Jewel will be Brock Lesnar against Braun Strowman for the vacant title.
Reigns was initially going to defend the title against Lesnar and Strowman in a Triple Threat Match, but Roman is unable to continue due to his cancer diagnosis. The match has now been changed into a singles match between the two challengers for the Network special on November 2.
