The talent and the writers are all hitting on all cylinders on the Blue brand.
From the midcard to the main event, everything on SD Live! seems to be having the perfect build and moving toward highly anticipated matches. Without having to bring in legends, Tuesday night’s have become must watch television.
R-Truth as a third wheel in the Miz vs. Daniel Bryan feud has been excellent and the match between the Most Must See Superstar and The Yes Movement for the No. 1 contender spot should be a classic.
Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch has been strong enough to where it could be a main event by itself. The two are building to a highly-anticipated match in Australia and will surely lead to a payoff at Evolution.
Further down the card, the Rusev, Aiden English, Lana triangle is solid and working well and The New Day vs. The Bar is almost getting lost in the mix. Both teams always perform at a high level.
The main event scene is even more of a reward every single week.
AJ Styles coming out to sign his contract and Samoa Joe being hundreds of miles away threatening to enter the Styles household was solid gold. A storyline that has been done well a number of times, but still is working wonderfully here due to the two being longtime friends and working together for so long in other companies.
The Phenomenal One might not be the best actor, but he sells his outrage enough and Joe has really exceled in his role. It would seem odd for Joe to win the belt at Show-Down and not drop it back at Crown Jewel, but it certainly could happen.
Hopefully, all of this is a way to work toward The Miz finding his way to a well-deserved WWE Championship run and setting up a payoff with Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 35.
They have it all lined up.
