Raw Superstar Elias was interviewed by Cultaholic and opened up about a plethora of topics including his rivalry with Seth Rollins, how Dusty Rhodes was part of the process for him to create his character and winning Championship gold in the WWE.
On Seth Rollins, he said that the Kingslayer cheated to win at Money in the Bank and that he’s looking forward to running that contest back so that he can get back the victory. Elias also gave credit to Dusty for sparking off the formation of the guitar strumming persona that he currently uses in the WWE, saying that he was casually telling a story with his guitar one day when the Dream recognized its potential and that there’s ‘something to that’.
He also mentioned that a Championship in the WWE needs to come his way ‘sooner rather than later’ and that there’s still plenty left to achieve for him.
Elias teams with Kevin Owens to take on Bobby Lashley and John Cena at the WWE Super Show-Down.
