#4.) First woman to get inducted into the UFC Hall Of Fame
It’s no secret that MMA is a male-dominated sport. But in 2012 after UFC bought Strikeforce, they incorporated a female roster and Ronda Rousey, who was the last women’s Bantamweight Champion at Strikeforce was given the title. She would go on to make six successful defences in dominant, decisive fashion.
Her contributions to the sport saw her become the first woman to ever be inducted into the UFC Hall Of Fame in 2018. A well-deserved accomplishment for the biggest star in Women’s MMA history.
