#5.) ‘Hacksaw’ Jim Duggan
Jim Duggan was the winner of the very first Royal Rumble match. His main run happened between 1987 and 1993 and he was one of the most beloved babyfaces out there. Unfortunately for him, it never really translated to championship success in WWE. He did have a lot more of that in WCW when he jumped ship, but his overall run in WWE is usually remembered more.
He was one of those fun-loving babyface characters who was always over no matter what. In retrospect, it really isn’t a bad thing that he doesn’t have any WWE title to his name because he’s still a revered legend in the Hall of Fame anyway.
