Hulk Hogan has won a lot of different accolades throughout his wrestling career. Since he was more or less one of the first faces of WWE, he was predominantly a World Champion, having multiple reigns that were quite long in their tenure. His most significant challenge for the Intercontinental Championship was against none other than The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania VI, but he lost the bout and his World title as well.
He never managed to capture the Intercontinental Championship.
