#1.) ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin
Like Edge, Steve Austin is one of the rare ones who can truly say that they never looked back after retiring. However, Austin was simply unable to do so, but he went out in the best way possible. It was WrestleMania XIX, and for the third time, he would take on The Rock (who he previously faced at WrestleMania 15 and 17 in the main event) at the grandest stage of them all.
It was a great match, and Austin did his duty by putting The Rock over. He would end his legacy at the biggest show of the year and later in the year, completely left the company.
