#3.) Batista – WrestleMania 21
Batista’s coronation may not have been as impactful as Cena’s on the long run, but on the night, and when it comes to the build as a whole, this was undoubtedly better. The Evolution storyline was incredible from start to finish, and this was a worthy main event after the now-legendary faction ended up imploding to shreds.
Batista was hotter than ever and it was all organic. On the same night that Cena won the WWE Championship, Batista won the World Heavyweight Championship. Their rise to the top was practically parallel, but Cena was the one who WWE chose to represent them as the face of the franchise. Either way, Batista’s coronation was a fantastic moment and kickstarted a great run in his career that would last years.
