#5.) He teamed with Hulk Hogan in Japan
One of the saddest things in WWE history was the fact that Hulk Hogan was never really able to pass the torch to Bret Hart around 1993. Believe it or not, around 1984, when Hulk Hogan was on the verge of winning his first WWE Championship, he was on an excursion tour with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
On two occasions, he teamed with Bret Hart to take on the legendary Tatsumi Fujinami and Akira Maeda. The second was a six-man tag team match. It was interesting to see that they crossed paths in the early going because their careers itself were worlds apart at this point of time.
