#4.) Returning to save Trish Stratus
It was September of 2004 and Lita hadn’t been in the ring for seventeen months after suffering a devastating injury. She was given a temporary role as Sunday Night Heat color commentator but soon removed and then given time to rest.
Molly Holly & Gail Kim decimated Trish Stratus in a handicap match and afterward began an assault on her. Lita would make a major return, saving Stratus by attacking both Kim and Molly Holly. It was a massive return and fans popped in a huge way to see their favorite high-flying woman back after nearly a year and a half away.
