#5.) Announcing her arrival
On an episode of Sunday Night Heat, WWE Light Heavyweight Champion Gillberg put out an open challenge, which was answered by the debuting Essa Rios, who ran to the ring along with Lita. It was the first that the WWE Universe had seen of them, and in short order, Rios beat Gillberg to become the new Light Heavyweight Champion.
Right after the match had finished, Lita climbed to the top turnbuckle and hit a moonsault onto Gillberg. It was something rarely seen from a woman at the time, and Lita announced her arrival in a big way. People knew that they were witnessing the beginning of something special.
