#5.) Breaking Point 2009

This one-off PPV featured John Cena vs Randy Orton in an ‘I Quit’ match. This was one of the several bouts that the two would have over the years. Regardless, it was 2009 and both Cena and Orton were in their peaks as performers.  Both were also multi-time WWE Champions at this point.

Surprisingly, however, this wasn’t the main event. The main event featured CM Punk taking on The Undertaker in a short match for the World Heavyweight Championship. It was a submission match and had an abrupt Montreal Screwjob-like finish, which put a sour taste in the fans’ mouths at the end of the PPV.

That aside, most matches involved stipulations and the PPV as a whole was actually very entertaining.
