Isenberg Reacts: WWE RAW “It’s All About The Game And How You Play It”

A classic six person tag team match, with the challengers getting the upper hand and the victory. With Bayley losing to Charlotte, it was easily predictable that she would win tonight to keep her in the hunt for the WWE RAW Women’s Championship. Bayley ended up hitting a Bayley to Belly to pick up the win.

The match was decent, nothing to brag too much about, but I really want WWE to focus more on building champions who are not used to losing. Whenever the titles are NOT on the line, the champions always seem like underdogs. That frustrates me because it makes everyone .500 and seemingly better or just as good as the champion. Gallows and Anderson should not suffer many losses, especially one less than 24 hours of winning their first tag team championships. Rematches can happen so many ways, so why is this the most popular way according to writers?

Neville’s Coronation

The King of the Cruiserweights comes out and brags about his victory and becoming the champion. This brings out Rich Swann, who wants to congratulate him and be the bigger man in offering a handshake. Neville says Swann should bow down and on his knees. This turns into a brawl, where both men execute some kicks and moves. It ends with Neville running off Swann.

I love this Neville, but they needed to do more for his win. If you call him the king, show an actual throne for him with his title next to his side. MAKE Neville important to us, while also showcasing how he is better than everyone else. Theatrics for these Cruiserweights would make them more important to the casual fan, aside from almost all of them having similar music and similar entrances. I want these guys to succeed and hopefully they will do this with Neville leading the way.
