As we all know The Rock uses almost all the curse words on tv when he appears in WWE. Since wrestling is for kids now days, how come WWE doesn’t stop The Rock or anyone else to use such a language especially in front of kids.
That’s one of the big problems with society, in my opinion. Parents are too worried about what their children hear and see on TV. It’s inevitable, they’ll hear it anyway. I don’t think having The Rock say “crap” or “ass” a few times is a big problem. Kids these days know a lot more than their parents think, I for one certainly did. If parents really don’t want their kids to hear this kind of stuff, which is crazy in my opinion, then turn off the TV and don’t watch.
In regards to The Rock, he has more leeway because of his past success with this kind of gimmick. I think it would be more of a mockery if they didn’t let him use these words.
If Daniel Bryan retired today, do you think he would be the Hall of Fame headliner of 2016?
Yes, I do. There aren’t that many wrestlers out there that could start a movement like Daniel Bryan did. He fought his way up and reached new heights. He is one of the most influential people in the wrestling business. He will certainly be a hall of famer when his career is over, whenever that may be. Thankfully, news has gotten out that he will be eventually cleared to wrestle again, so we don’t have to see this situation come to life.
What’s your favorite all time commentator team in WWE?
This may be one of those unpopular wrestling opinions but I think the award goes to Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, and Michael Cole. The team had chemistry like no other. Jim Ross could certainly broadcast the show by himself while King added his insight quite well. Although Cole has been labelled as a bad announcer recently, he certainly had more to offer back then – especially with JBL yelling at him. The trio made it more interesting to watch Raw, nothing like what we get now.
