Welcome to the first ever inaugural Mailbag on WrestleZone.com. Before we get started, I wanted to introduce myself and the feature. The Mailbag will run twice a week starting next Tuesday, with the other day being Thursday. We will try to answer about 8-10 questions questions each time. You can send in questions two ways, by emailing WZMailbag@gmail.com, or by posting in the specifically designated area in our forum under “General Wrestling Discussion”. Please note that not all questions will be answered, but all will be considered. A special thank you goes out to the people that have already submitted their questions to us!
The feature is hosted by myself, Max Cruze, the newest member of the WZ family. I have written and reported news for a few fairly large wrestling websites before jumping boat to WZ. I would also consider myself a wrestling historian, and I am very excited to be joining WZ.
The Mailbag will also feature other members and guests of WrestleZone periodically. Do you think the WWE was better off when it had the WWE championship belt and the World Heavyweight Championship belt? Or is it better have just the one big title?
Considering there was no use for having it as there was no longer a brand split, I think it’s a good idea. The WHC wasn’t being utilized properly anyway as nobody saw it as equal to the WWE Championship, so I am completely fine with it, although I will miss the belt as it has so much prestige through the years.
